- Growing these oyster mushrooms is super easy! Place bag near window, cut open the bag, spray the opening of the cut bag with fresh water 3-4 times daily. In about 7-10 days you will have fresh Oyster mushrooms you have grown yourself!
- These kits are Blue Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus var. Columbinus). Blue Oysters form clusters of vibrant blue primordia that fade to a dove-like gray when fully mature. Blue Oysters mushrooms are great to cook with!
